Stop Watching the News

Many people enjoy watching the news to keep themselves informed. The problem is that most of us only use this information to argue with others on social media or to alienate our friends. The result is that we’ve spent a lot of time and energy on just getting yourself and the people you care about to feel upset. Because of that, unless you are actually out there doing something on an issue, you should cut the news out of your life. You’ll feel a whole lot better when you do and you’ll be able to use the time you spent on news on something more productive.
